Francis "Frank" Edward SCHOBER

Francis (Frank) Edward Schober, 73, passed away at his home, in St. Charles, Missouri on Friday March 21st, 2025. Frank was an incredibly talented drummer and singer for over 58 years. Frank played in many bands: Pat Luck and the Creations, Freight, Psycho Drifter, THE Sick Puppies, and Project Jupiter. In his career at Missouri Machinery over 20+ years, he worked in the pump shop and helped build and maintain fountains all over the St. Louis Metropolitan area, eventually being promoted to Assistant Service Manager. He also worked at Bradford Electric and drove a limousine in the 90’s. After leaving Missouri Machinery, he became the Assistant Service Manager at Chilimacks Union Couriers. His final place of employment, before retiring he became known as YOUR neighborhood friendly pool and spa technician at R&S Pool & Spa. In his family, Frank is survived by his brother Rick, his sister Donna, his daughters Lisa and Gabrielle, his granddaughter Mariah and Paisley, his grandson Gabriel, his great grandson Zakai, and stepdaughters Caitlin & Alissa, and all the beloved family that call him “Uncle Frank”. Frank is also survived by MANY bandmates. Heart failure led to his passing. His heart condition was a chronic condition he long suffered from. Meeting him in the beautiful heavens, he is reunited with his Beloved Mother Esther , Father Ray , Sister Sandy , Brother Jim and many other relatives that have passed on before him. Frank’s funeral service will be held at Alternative Funeral & Cremation Services in St. Peter’s, MO on Thursday April 3rd, 2025 from 6pm-8pm. “Sounds of laughter, shades of life, are ringing through my opened ears, inciting and inviting me.
