Shawn Eliot WAGNER

Shawn E. Wagner "Wags", 50, of Maryland Heights, MO, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2022, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Belleville, Illinois on February 7, 1972, the first of three children. Shawn was a graduate of Freeburg High School and Eastern Illinois University, with cum laude honors. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rona Barkau. He is survived by his wife of five years, Jeevna Wagner; his three children, Shaylynn Wagner, Kylee Wheeler, and Mia Wagner; his grandson, Isaiah Marshall; his father, Richard Barkau; and his two brothers, Jared Wagner and Justin [Melanie] Wagner. Shawn is also remembered by his other relatives and friends. A memorial will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Matthews Park: 11050 Ayrshire Drive, Bridgeton, MO 63044.
