Ruth Ann Marie Bowden, 81, of Wright City, MO., died Thursday, May 19, 2022, at Warrenton Manor. She was born on February 13, 1941, in Lee County, AR. Loving daughter of the late Frank Bowden and the late Ruth Isabel. Loving mother of Angela Zeisset, Alesia Beckmann, Tamara Vickers (deceased), James Bady (deceased), and John Bady. Loving sister of Francis Allen, Helen Bowden (husband Bob), Phillip Bokker (wife Toni), George Bokker (wife Kaye) Deborah Ferebee (husband Terry), & Denise Smith (late husband Doug -deceased). Loving grandmother of Nicholas & Katelyn (from Angela), Mikell, Jesse Mathias, & Jesse David (from Alesia), Mikell (deceased) & Richard (from Tamara), and Brooke, Lauren & Graham (from John), as well as 5 great grandchildren; Sierra, David, Andrew, Tyler and Alex. Ruth’s passion above all was to care for others. She was a very selfless person, who always put others first. So great, was her abundant love and nurturing for her kids and grandkids. She worked as a nurse and caregiver for some time, which also fulfilled this passion. She later moved into healthcare related communications, promptly using this position to find other ways to care for others. She really enjoyed cooking and reading, especially cooking and spending time with her kids and grandkids. She was easily loved by all whom she met and will be surely missed by so many. Services are pending in Arkansas.
