Robert Edward Walker, age 69 years of Wright City, MO., died Peacefully Friday, January 22, 2021 at his home. He was born on February 27, 1951 in Peoria Illinois. He was the loving son of the late Clifford Walker and the late Louella Mae (née Pankey) Walker. He is survived by his loving, devoted wife, Linda (née Fowler) Walker, Son Ed (Courtney)Walker of Crawford, Tenn. and Daughter Carrie Walker of Nebraska. Step-Mother Marcy Walker of Rockford Illinois. Sisters, Cheryl Joesting of Pekin, Illinois, Julie Walker of Texas and Debbie (Jeff) Gilkey of Loves Park, Illinois. Sons Jimmy (Tammy)Jackson, Joseph (Emily)Jackson, and Joshua (Lisa)Jackson all of St. Charles, MO. 12 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. He is proceeded in death by his parents and one brother, Steven Walker. Bob was a Veteran of the United States Army. He retired from Baldor Electric in April 2018. Bob was a motorcycle enthusiast, Machinist, and loved to fish. He Cherished his family. Bob had a great personality. He truly enjoyed visiting with people and never met a stranger. There will be a visitation on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Alternative Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 - 7:00 PM with a service at 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Robert's memory make make a memorial donation in his honor to a charity of donor's choice.
