Ian James Wimber March 5, 1985 - April 5, 2022 Ian James Wimber, age 37, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. He was born on Tuesday, March 5, 1985, in St. Louis, MO. Ian is survived by his son, Gavin Wimber, his parents, Donald Wimber, Kimberly and Steve May, his grandmother, Patricia Garner, and great grandfather, Charles Grasser. Ian was a loving brother to Sean (Stephanie) Wimber, Jessica (Blake) Lingle, and Kyle (Molly) May. He was also a cousin, uncle, nephew and friend to many. He was preceded in death by grandparents, David and Hazel Wimber. In Ian's early years he enjoyed many outdoor activities involving bikes and skateboards, along with music. Due to his diabetes and arthritis diagnosis at age 21, he was unable to continue these hobbies. He then focused his attention to his son, Gavin, his dog, music and friends. Ian was blessed to have his son, Gavin, by his side assisting in every way possible. We pray these times and memories they shared will help guide Gavin through his upcoming years.
