Debra Lea BRADSHAW

October 4, 1952 - January 5, 2022

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Debra Lea Bradshaw (Smith), 69, of Hazelwood, Missouri. She passed unexpectedly at her home on Wed., Jan. 5, 2022, we are devastated by her passing and unprepared for such a loss. Born into a loving family on Oct. 4, 1952. Debbie is preceded in death by her dear husband, William B. Bradshaw, and loving parents, Fred E. Smith, and Geneva M. Smith (Niere), as well as her grandparents. Debbie is survived by her big brother Ron Smith, her little sister Tammy (Robert) Jacobs, loving aunt to Jim Smith and sons, and Bryan (Tiffany) Smith and daughters, an aunt, many cousins, friends, coworkers, and her two dogs, Ginger and Sandy. Debbie worked in the envelope/printing business for over 40 years, she was a quality conscious and hard worker and knew the industry. She fiercely loved her family and would do anything for them and was there for them at any time. She loved to love, give, laugh, hug, kid around, dance, eat puffcorn, get together or talk on the phone with family and friends, go antiquing, shopping, and hanging out with her sister. To say that she will be missed is an understatement, her loss is so deeply felt and always will be. We take comfort in knowing she is with those she loved that have gone on before her and that we will all meet again one day. Debbie's final wishes were to be cremated and buried with her parents. There will be a graveside service for family and friends at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Pennsylvania Ave., St. Louis, Missouri, on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please make monetary or gift donations in her name to Five Acres Animal Shelter on Pralle Lane in St. Charles, Missouri. "Grief never ends, but it changes. It's a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness, nor a lack of faith. It is the price of love." - author unknown
