Carol Jean Shoemake of Warrenton, Missouri born on June 2, 1960, in St. Charles, Missouri to Donald Gene and Catherine Carol Creech. She became a widow at the age of 21 to Thomas Shoemake. Carol Jean Shoemake of St. Charles, MO passed away at the age of 61 years old at St. Louis University Hospital in Missouri on August 11, 2021, at 2:39 p.m. After going through many trials and tribulations throughout her life and battling with so much mental, physical, emotional, pain and sickness. Carol’s death was unexpectedly caused by multiple strokes and unfortunately the Lord had a better plan for her than being here on this earth. In her final resting moments, she was surrounded by her loved one’s and went in peace and was able to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven to meet her heavenly father Jesus Christ with here earth parents as well as being reunited with her daughter Carol Ann and best friend/sister Rhonda Shoemake along with many other family members. Carol Jean Shoemake was a beloved mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, sister, aunt, cousin, niece, fiancé, and friend to many people. She had such a big heart and the willingness to help those who were in need. Carol leaves behind five children who all loved her very dearly; Crystal Paradis from Alcalester, Oklahoma married to Brandon Paradis, Rachael Wade from Union, MO married to James Thorson, Carol Ann Shoemake (deceased), her one and only spoiled baby boy Patrick Earl Creech from Moreno Valley, CA married to Yesenia Creech, the stubborn (I know) Jennifer Lynn Hernandez from Victorville, CA married to Paul Hernandez, last but none the least her BABY GIRL Samantha Ann Creech from Chino, CA married to Josue Creech. Cherished grandmother to Brandon Paradis, Daniel Wade, Issabella Thorson, Urijah Thorson, Lillyanna Thorson, Marissa Creech, Julian Hernandez, Ariana Garcia, Jesse Hernandez, Junior Garcia, Jeremiah Hernandez, Joseph Hernandez, Joshua Hernandez, Jacob Hernandez, Vivienne Jean Creech, and the newest addition unborn Baby Creech. A dear sister of; Rhonda Shoemake (deceased), Theresa Clark, Donald Creech, Margaret Little, Baby Catherine Creech, Orville Creech, Brett Creech, Betty Creech, Tiffany McCloud-Hall, and Terrence McCloud. Carol was a very quiet loving and understanding women to be around with. Her heart was filled with so much love. She had a sacrificing heart and always put others before herself. Even though Carol was more of a home body and during her time she liked being on her computer watching movies and playing her games on her phone. She enjoyed spending time with her kids and family/friends. She liked eating out, some of her favorite foods were Chinese and Mexican food. She liked Pepsi, iced tea and oh how she loved her sweets to eat. She was a wonderful mother, friend and such a great listener. In 2017 Carol accepted Jesus Christ into her life as her Lord and Savior. She became a donor and glory to God she was able to save a 65 year old man’s life with her liver. She will always be remembered but never forgotten; her legacy will continue to live on throughout her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren to come. May Carol rest peacefully in the Kingdom of Heaven always and forever! A Celebration of Life in honor of Carol Jean Shoemake will be held on: Saturday August 21, 2021 at Trinity Chapel, 121 S. 4th St., Leasburg, MO 65535. Viewing @ 12:00 pm Funeral @ 1:30 pm Officiating: Patrick Earl Creech There will be a Bereavement lunch immediately following the funeral service.
