It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marilyn LaChance Sorbello (Saint Louis, Missouri), who passed away on July 30, 2023, leaving her family and friends to mourn her loss. She left us at 85 years of age. Within these years she enjoyed many trips with her sister, Joan, and other family members. She was an avid Cardinal fan and was concerned about their current season but always was the optimist in hoping they could turn things around. She was family oriented and enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids along with her great grandchildren. She told many stories from her childhood and appreciated all the lunches she was able to attend with her schoolmates from St. Ambrose and St. Mark’s She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents; Joseph and Frances (Gunn) LaChance; her brother and sister, Joan (Don) Stevens, Joseph (Shirley) LaChance; her children, Susan (Doug) Casteel, Karen (Rick) Stough, Joseph (the late Sharon) Sorbello, David (Syndi) Sorbello, Kathy (Allen) Wizeman, Lisa (the late Richard) Knibb, and Michael Sorbello.
