Larry Edward NADLER

Larry Edward Nadler, 79, of Wentzville passed away April 7, 2022, peacefully at home. He was born July 22, 1942, to Oscar H. and Edna M. (Brakensiek) Nadler in Defiance, Missouri. Mr. Nadler was a heavy equipment operator for many years at Schuman and retired from Fred Weber, Inc. Larry served in the Army Reserves for six years. He served on the cemetery board for many years at Emmanuel U.C.C. Cemetery in Weldon Spring. Larry was an active member of St. John’s United Church of Christ in Weldon Spring. He enjoyed doing anything with his hands, from woodworking, gardening, farming, lawn mowing, fishing, puzzles and being outdoors bike riding. Larry most enjoyed anytime with family, friends and gathering to celebrate holidays together. He is survived by his wife Jewell Nadler of Wentzville; two sons, Douglas (Barb) Nadler of O’Fallon and Darrin (Vicki) Nadler of Callao; two daughters, Dana (Kraig) Kassel of Dardenne Prairie and Dawn (Tim) Anderson of Wentzville; one stepson Don (LuAnn) Billen of Seattle, WA; two stepdaughters, Jennie (Greg) Baugh of Olathe, KS and Becky (Ken) Harris of Lafayette, CO. Grandchildren: Kayla (Brian) Bitney, Rebekah (Doug) Schaffer, Kaitlyn Kassel, Bailey Nadler, Tyler Nadler, Bradin Nadler, Emily Anderson, and Grant Anderson. Rachel Baugh, Jared Baugh, Jake Harris, Hannah Billen, Kyle Harris, Adam Billen, Jessica Baugh, and Logan Harris. Great-Grandchildren: Paislee Bitney and Emma Bitney. Two brothers; Leroy (Sue) Nadler of Maryland Heights and Hadley Nadler of St. Charles. He was proceeded in death by his wife Nancy (Nessalge) Nadler; his son, Daniel E. Nadler; his parents; his brother Oscar Nadler and his sister, Dot Jones. Visitation is Friday, April 15th, 2022, at St. John’s United Church of Christ in Weldon Spring from 4-8pm. Also there will be visitation from 9-10 am before the service on Saturday. Services are April 16th, 2022; 10am at St. John’s United Church of Christ in Weldon Spring with burial in Emmanuel United Church of Christ Cemetery in Weldon Spring. Memorials may be to the American Cancer Association, St. John’s U.C.C. or a charity of the donor’s choice.
