Eunice Mae BUESCHER

Eunice Mae Buescher, 86, who resided in Lake St Louis for over 50 years peacefully passed away in her home on Sunday August 8, 2021. She was surrounded by her husband, children, grandchildren and caregivers. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 64 years, Eugene Buescher; Son, Dan Buescher his children Kelsey and Ryan and their mother Bridget; Son, Tim Buescher (Jackie) Carly and Lucas; Daughter, Linda Williams (John) Amy (Josh (Tanner & Lexi)), Catrina, Brooke, Holly (Daniel, Aminah, Giovanni, Avianna), Brittney (Kevin (Kayden))& Amanda (Brian (Brycen & Maleyna)); Daughter, Donna Redd (Robert) “Amber”, Austin, Madison & Gabriella; Daughter, Mary Sengl (Craig) Max & Megan; Daughter, Chrissy Kasprzyk (Dave) Joseph, Shaun & Clare; and Son Greg Buescher. Sister-in-Law Sue Buescher and Brother-in-law Robert Gamache and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in her death are John & Philomena Barringhaus (parents), Carol Barringhaus (Sister), Donnie Magruder (Son-in-law), Amber Redd (granddaughter), Art & Rose Buescher (Father/Mother-in-law) Joan & Jim Crawford, Sue Gamache, Joseph Buescher & Russell Buescher (Sisters & Brother-in-laws) She was born, June 21, 1935 in St Louis MO, Graduated from Harris Stowes Teacher's College with her Bachelor’s Degree in Education, a member of Delta Zeta Sorority. In 1957 she married her college sweetheart Gene Buescher. She dedicated her life to raising their 7 children in a Christian environment always keeping God as the center of her life. Over the years she was a full-time and substitute teacher. She was a volunteer at Church functions, St Joseph’s Hospital & Hospice. She enjoyed Bible Studies, Daily Mass, Red Hat Ladies Luncheons, LSL Cookout, playing dominoes and cards with friends & family. She was athletic, playing college basketball (her nickname as top scorer was "Big Red"). She was an avid tennis player on the LSL Tennis Ladder. A Senior Olympic medalist in shuffleboard, badminton and bocce ball. Most recently she received the gold medal from Jesus on a job well done with her life and love for her family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul-St Louis MO Funeral service is Friday 8/13/21 10am @ St Patrick’s Church 405 S Church St, Wentzville MO 63385 Visitation 9:30am, Mass 10:00am followed by a luncheon in the parish hall
