Removal from place of death*, services of Funeral Director and staff, refrigeration, preparation and filing of legal documents, cremation container, transportation to the crematory and return of cremated remains to the family. ($200.00 Crematory fee not included in this price.) |

DIRECT BURIAL: |
Removal from place of death*, services of Funeral Director and staff, preparation and filing of legal documents, minimum cloth covered casket, delivery to the cemetery and supervision of interment. (Please note: Cemetery interment fees are not included in this price and many cemeteries require the use of a permanent outer container.) |

ANATOMICAL DONATION: |
Removal from place of death*, services of Funeral Director and staff, preparation and filing of legal documents, coordination with specified Department of Anatomy and delivery to local medical school where the deceased is registered. * Within 50 mile radius of St. Charles |

MEMORIAL SERVICE: |
When cremation, direct burial or anatomical donation are chosen we will additionally prepare and file local obituary notices and conduct a memorial service. (Cash advance items such as clergy honorarium, cemetery fees and paid newspaper notices are not included in this price.) |

EMBALMING: |
Except in special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary or required if you select certain funeral arrangements such as a visitation. If you do not want embalming you usually have the right to choose an arrangement which does not require you to pay for it, such as a direct cremation or direct burial. |
